Ezi-Root Rooting Gel 50ml

Ezi Root is used for plant propagation, and performs faster and more effectively than most conventional rooting gels. Until a few years ago, Ezi-Root was only available to commercial growers.

Ezi Root contains two hormones in the formula – NAA (Naphthyl Acetic Acid 1.6g/L) as well as IBA (Indol Butyric Acid (1.6g/L). Research shows that a combination of these two hormones is generally more effective across a wider range of species than IBA alone. 

A wetting agent is used to help break down the surface tension, wax and sap – resulting in more effective delivery of the hormones to the cutting.

Fungicide reduces the likelihood of cross contamination between cuttings. The Fungicide also ensures the cuttings are planted out with minimal microbial contamination. Widely researched and trialed on a wide range of natives from Western Australia to Queensland. It is also effective for exotics and both softwood and hardwood cuttings.
